WOULD anything happen to the presure plate or clutch, b/c it sat for six months
and then the clutch feels funny now, and i dont think it was like that before

Uhh... Most CRX's use a cable clutch system so you might have a hard time finding something to bleed...Try adjusting the clutch cable where it meets the tranny, maybe the cable is a little loose after sitting.
