HID lights in stock housing...lets clear this up
I am getting hids soon and I keep hearing a million things about how its going to look like crap in the stock housing but I have seen lots at the track and they all look pretty damn nice to me...I know it would look better with a projector but I dont care that much I just want to see at night...so anyone with hids in a stock housing are they really that bad?
we put hids from a audi tt into a 89 mazda b2200 on air, with stock housing and is fricken bright, and awesome. Yes you would get better output from the projectors but stock housing will be fine.

Agreed stock housing will be fine. If you go to procar parts they have a stock looking headlights that are clear i nthe front. Almost looks like the perfect headlighy for our cars with HID conversions in them. I'm probably going to order a set tomorrow.
I have HID's in my car with oem (blacked out) housings and the output is still great. I also know 4 more people that have HID's in stock EG headlight housings and they all work great too.
I got Infiniti G35 HID's in my stock eg lamps. i took out the little reflector thing and they are brighter on my car than the G35. No compaints here i can see better than ever but i get flashed like a ****

Thanks guess that clears it up im gonna pick up a set real soon has anyone dealt with mister jung before? Oh and what part of the headlights is the reflector I dont get what your saying??
I haven't personally dealt with mr. jung but i've heard that his products suck, and he doesn't back his warranty like he says. I want a set of the 350z HID on my car how would I go about doing this? Does anybody know or should I just get a 4500 kelvin kit that looks similiar?
I donno about eg's but the diffuser in my ek causes a dark spot and casts a shadow. I will eventually get some jdm headlights without them.but you can always aim your lights as to not blind people.
I really doubt his products suck its what comes standard on most high $$$ cars please explain yourself.... and I have heard from a couple people on this board who are perfectly happy with his product.

He has some negative comments and some positive. I thin kthe biggest complaint about him was his response time and returning messages.
I put the reflector back in. I get more light now with out all the flashes.... YEs i would recomend the 35OZ HID. It is the same as my G35 HID's they kick serious ***.. Just dont go to nissan or Infinity and try to pick up a set ull get raped on the prices

You tool. Aim your damn headlights correctly!
You are blinding people. That's why they flash you
