if one of your gears on your tranny is grinding, do you just have to replace the synchros and it'll be good as new? TIA

how much money is it? isn' it possible to do it yourself?

 

try using your clutch it helps tons!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! lol jk don;t know on that

 

Syncros come in pairs of two and cost $200+ for both, I'm having my 2nd gear syncro replaced in the near future and I'm willing to guess the labor is going to where you'll lose the most money. Good luck.

I started to price it out, and it was going to be expsensive to rebuild my tranny I was going to buy a slightly used tranny for almost the same money, but ended up spending more and getting a brand new ITR tranny...

The labor and parts of rebuilding the tranny is pretty high.
