Default Boost for greddy BOVs

I have a b18b with endyn pistons, eagle rods, and a race engineering block guard. I plan on running 12-15psi. My question is whether the greddy type S bov is sufficient, or if the Greddy type R bov would be better. I already have a type R, I just dont know if that is enough boost for it to work most efficiently. thanks.
