GReddy Type S BOV Q..?
Quick question I asked before but I don't think anybody noticed since it was at the end of another discussion. I notice that my GReddy Type S BOV has to vaccum outlets. The top one I use and is tapped into the intake mani, the bottom one though is left open and unused. Is this a normal setup? The guy who set my turbo up mentioned something about the second being for high boost or something like that, but I don't remember for sure. Any thoughts?

You can connect it to a boost source, such as right off the compressor housing, and it will increase the response on the BOV, but you don't have to use it.

turbosol is right!!
Hook up the lower port to a source of boost as it significantly improves response of the bov.
Now if you need more info than that you better call greddy them selves

Nono, I just wanted to know why it was left open and if I should use it, guess I'll "T" it into the line going to the boost solenoid from the turbine housing. Thanks

Here is Greddy's response to what to do:
The top nipple on the top section will connect to your intake manifold (so it reads both vacuum and pressure and does not get bled off to anything) While the lower fitting is a vent for the internal diaphragm This one should be left open and not connected to anything.
Make sure when you adjust the stiffness of the valve that you first loosen the lock nut before you adjust the set screw. Adjustment will very from car to car, so you need to use trail and error. Generally you want to valve as tight as possible, without getting any compressor surge. You don't want it too loose or it can open too early and you will loose boost. The valve should make one clean blowing sound, it should not stutter. It should also not open before the throttle is shut.
