Default Crower 63401T cams, any better?

Crower 63401T 11.81 mm, duration - 230 @ 1mm
EXHAUST:11.30 mm, duration - 226 @ 1mm

would this cam be an improvement vs ITR 98 spec cams? if so, how much would the gains be?

Integra Type R 11.5 mm, duration - 240 @ 1mm
EXHAUST: 10.5 mm, duration - 235 @ 1mm

those are the cams I was running in my car. Works really well for me but honestly can't say if they are much better than stock as I stuck them in as a package with the rest of the race motor.
