clutch creaking?!

clutch creaking?!

When I am in gear and I tap the gas, the clutch seems to make a weird creaking noise. I also makes the same noise when I engage and release the clutch. Do I need a new clutch? What is my problem?

is it your clutch, or is it the clutch pedal?

That's the spring in a clutch fork which is creaking. Lube it and you're done

where is the spring in the clutch fork? is it hard to find?

Had the same problem with my clutch pedal. It came from the dust boot according to dealer. Just lube it and the noise will be gone.

look to see where the clutch cable goes through the firewall... you should see the rubber boot.
