Default 93' Si nitrous? exhaust? cold air intake?

Okay right now my car is sitting pretty stock. I've been told that a good way to boost the speed of preludes is by adding a nitrous kit. My questions are can i run a 75 shot of nitrous or is 50 all it can handle. Also what type of system should i run and who makes the best? Also what type of cold air intake would you guys recommend and are they intakes designed to take in nitrous? Also im going to need a full catback exhaust whats the best for my car? Also what are some good online sites to buy all this off of?
Thanks for you help

SEARCH! but the Si can take a 75 shot; just make sure you're compression is ok still. Also, you'll have to drill into your intake, no matter which one you have. Catback's are pure preference. Most people will recommend the Evo or the Thermal R&D.
