Default Wet nitrous???

I got a 94 accord and i am trying to get a wet nitrous kit. this place im getting it from is telling me that you not supposed to tap the nozzle (fual and nitrous) into my cold air intake. They saying that the intake manifold got to come off and that it has to be tapped into.
Does anyone have a setup like this? I would appreciate the feedback as to how yours is setup

Thanks

they are talking about direct port nitrous which is safer because you get even distribution, but it depends reallly on how much you want to spray if you want to spray alot then go with direct port if you only need a little extra then just go with the nozzle in the intake
