probably a retarted pedal question.
When I step on the gas all the way my pedal used to come to a stop, now when almost all the way pressed down theres what feels like a little hydraulic feedback against my foot and then if I press a littel more then it will come to a stop on I think the firewall. It that normal? I never felt it before, the only think I can think of is that when I took my car to acura I noticed that the moved the gas pedal to almost in line with the break, i dunno if thats policy or they figured I might heel-toe. But before it was recessed. Since then I've felt that hydraulic kinda feeback feeling in the medal wen it's all the way down. so I'm not sure if thats normal?
Adjust the throttle cable.
It sounds like your pedal has more travel then the linkage allows.
That would cause additional pressure felt in the pedal when the linkage runs out of travel.
