For all intents and purposes I would of hoped you would all have your pedals now, but alas....
Ive never dealt with paypal before, I only made the account on everyones request...anyway I tried to transfer the funds so I could buy the pedals and the money never went through...I waited two weeks seing that I am in AUstralia and all but to no avail...
I got in contact with my bank and they said that they never received the deposit, and that I should get paypal to perform a trace. I got in touch with paypal and this is their response....
Dear Mr. Lude,
Thank you for contacting PayPal.
At this time, this electronic transfer has not been rejected back to us by
your bank. Until it has been 30 days since the withdrawal request, I am
unable to initiate a trace. If you are still unable to locate the deposit
at your bank, and the funds were not rejected and returned to your PayPal
account, we can initiate the trace on the money once the 30 days has
passed.
If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us again.
Sincerely,
Charles

Oh and another thing.....the reason I havent been around the board that much, and also the fact that it has taken me a couple of days to get back to emails is because I have started a job at a bank and there is no internet connection available to us to surf, even during our breaks.....just FYI
they may have "appeared" to be helpful, but that service is such a joke...I have had so many problems with them, it is a good idea in theory for their service, but they have no clue what is going on.
did you know that they have 8 million + users and have been in business almost 2 years AND HAVE YET TO TURN A PROFIT??? they are still in the red...too many fraudulent activities and they can't prevent them. And all it does is hassle the "good" people.
Not flaming, just my .02
I have a lot of experience w/ them over the last year or so...none good

As I said....the only reason I used them was because the people ordering them told me to....I hardly do anything over the net like this, but I only assumed that it was common practice over in the states....
yeah did you know what paypal consists of 3 people. guy his partner and secretary. my friend went to school with him. incase paypal is reading this i will just say that this is an anonymous person and it is not me. the person saw an ad on thepartstrader for a jackson charger for $1200 slighlty used, and came with cold air intake, and jr fuel pump and othe misc stuff. person sent the seller the money because he did not want to miss out on great deal. person thought that paypal is insured and verified is a plus. immediately after person sent money no response from seller. before seller responded like clock work. so person emailed seller from anonymous email only to find out "yes i still have it people have said they will buy it but they only flaked." hmm person had reciept of payment. now remember this all happened in first day. so person emailed paypal to reverse payment. response "we can not be sure of any wrong doing on the sellers part, please give us 30 days MINIMUM to do an investigation on this matter." well in 30 day time period seller closes out paypal account and bank account, with no trace. 30days passes and person gets email back "we have found that the seller was wrong in his/her doing. however (always not a good sign) we have stated that we were not guaranteeing you return of your funds. we value you as a customer and hope this does not discourage you away from paypal." discourage???????? you got the finance charges and you can't even give the person the person's money back. what does verified mean? absolutely nothing!!! are they insured? no, only if someone uses your account illegally.
