Sup everyone,
Did a search, couldnt find anything on this...I was wondering if the S2000 steering wheel would be a direct replacement for a 5th Gen prelude steering wheel. Would I need hub adapter or would it bolt right up...I have the chance to buy one locally cheap. Any info is appreciated. Thanks.

I remember reading a post about this exact topic. And from what I remember, yes, it would fit, but I think something about some of the buttons on the left side of the steering wheel not bolting up directly, and needing some hack and slash modification. Double check though

is this strictly a cosmetic mod or does it serve some purpose for performace? such as a smaller wheel, or lighter or anything at all. thanks

I have someone selling it locally for $350.00, The thing is I already have a sparco Lap 5 wheel in my car. I just like the thought of the OEM wheel and also having the airbag back again.

Smaller wheel = quicker to turn, think about having an s2k steering wheel vs. big bus...The AP1 steering wheel, if you ever seen pics of it is hella better, flattened bottom, easier to grab and turn.

 

Can I make thsi mod on a 4gen to?

The stck steeringwheel luks like a steeringwheel from a bus.
