If they're working, they're good. I'm still running the originals in my Si with over 265,000 miles. Spray pattern may not be the ultimate any more, but there's no problems.
Basically, if the injector coil is good, the injector seals are good, and the injector isn't all clogged up, there's nothing to worry about. Honda injectors are built pretty well and rarely, in my experience, cause any problems by themselves.
