heres the thing there was a puddle of fluid under my cars engine(LS)on the pulley side. so i changed the water pump. now its changed and theres still a leak. (also one of the water pump bolts was missing) but i glanced toward the front of the engine(between the head and exhaust manifold)and there seems to be some leakage there too. could it be a head gasket?

question two
when i bought the car, it had a full tank of gas which had been in there for a really long time. when i changed the water pump i cranked it and it wasrunning funny like at 100 rpms. then all of a sudden it wint crank at all could it be that bad gas?

 

first of all, what kind of fluid was it? color? oil/water/coolant?
