Default No Power in Boost. Sad and Confused.

Here's my situation. I boosted my car about 2 weeks ago. It ran beautifully. Idled great. Boost stuck me into the back of my chair. I had a few problems with I/C pipes coming off, a little white smoke at times and my SAFC wires coming loose. But all of that is done and fixed.

Car runs great now. Except I have no power in boost. I dont' have that "stick you into your chair" acceleration like I once did. I make boost. I get both readings from my boost gauge tapped from Intake Mani. and my SAFC pressure readings. I don't know what's going on. The car feels fine - like it's not losing any power anywhere else. Perhaps I've lost compression and just don't notice it @ the lower RPM's?

Anyways. This post is to see if any other member has had a similar problem. I think a compression test would yield more useful information - however I don't have a compression tester with me at the moment.

92k B18B
InlinePRO Mani
Garrett t3/t04e .48 turbine - .60 compressor
S-AFC Hack / DSM 450cc Injectors
Walbro 225lph Fuel Pump

Idles great @ 800 (+/- 20 RPM)

PS: Also just checked a thin layer of oily substance in my vacuum lines. Is this usually normal?

check for leaks in your piping and connectors
double check vacuum lines

It wouldn't be the connectors since I'm getting a boost read from the Intake Manifold, correct?
