Default D16z6 not starting up, suggestions ?

Just to cover what I've already tried...
Checked and double checked all grounds ( and then double grounded them ).
replaced the OBD1 dizzy.
I used blownhatchbacks OBD0-OBD1 conversion harness.
ECU is P-28 that came with the motor.
I checked the cam gear vs the crank to make sure its "in-time"
firing order is 1-3-4-2 the block is 4-3-2-1
The MPFI swap was done about 8 months BEFORE the swap on the factory B2.
Yes, the fuel pump/starter ground wire, battery/tranny ground wire, and valve cover wires are all grounded BY 2 WIRES.

Crazy... My friend saw the motor run it the car it came out of ( after the body was totalled ). CRAZY !!!
My d15b2 ran with one injector plug off the injector !!! I can't beleive its been OVER a month and this D16Z6 won't even start !!!

i just had the some problems with mine, it ran for 20 miles then quit, but finally got it working.

what does it sound like when you try to start?
are you getting spark?
fuel pressure? (can you here the fuel pump turn on when you put the key in the on position?)
the 1 spark plug wire is on the part of dizzy that is curved, then 3,4,2
your battery low after all attempts to start?

It doesn't try to back fire or anything ( as in woring firing order ). It just sounds like it normally sounded with the B2, but the B2 would start running instead of just turning over.

I can hear the pump come on and the fuel rail is getting presure ( I have a $180 Autometer gauge ).

Before I swapped the Dizzy I was only getting good spark on 2 plug wires, one was really weak and the other almost didn't spark at all. So I replaced the dizzy.

I always leave the battery charger on it a little before trying to start it and during starting.
