what is the torque specs on the bolts that hold the crank in place?

do you know what order to tighten them in? start out with 22lb-ft..then torq em down to 54lb-ft

you are the MAN! We bought an h22 that needed a little work. Its fixed now after the pic. If you need anything let me know. Parts go through my hands like water.
