Stock ITR Header and CAT price?
So what are these things worth if I was to sell them?
I never see me putting them back on the car.
So I figure if I can make money on them the good,

I'd keep them, you won't get more than $200 for them unless you're lucky and find someone dumb. If you have smog checks in PA then definitely don't get rid of them.
