Oil spill in garage.
you should have poored kitty litter on it while it was fresh...you could still try it but, it may take some detergent and a lot of elbow greese to get it off now..
The kitty litter idea previously suggested would be a good idea. Another good idea is a detergent called Clout. It says right on the tub that it is designed to do industrial type laundry and that it is formulated to soak up oil spills.

yah, i had some degreaser in the 5 gallon jug. I tried that but its not doing the trick. Kitty litter isn't going to work since its soaked into the concrete.
My car's head wasn't on right so i dumped like 6 quarts onto the floor. Remember to replace head bolts when replacing the head. Also prep them with oil.
I will try the clout. And will keep kitty litter handy next time.

The best way to get it out is with laundry detergent(the powder kind) and a vinyl bristled brush. Pour the detergent on the spill, add water and scrub away comes off like magic. This really works, I **** you not.
Laundry detergent also works to clean your hands when your out of JoJo (or is it GoJo?) hand cleaner. *Sidenote* If you have little scratches on your hands or wrists from wrenching on cars, the detergent will burn like a ****.

another good one is to spray oven cleaner down on the stain and cover it with kitty litter then place a sheet of plywood or something over it and park the car on it. I used to have a piece o crap firebird and this method kept the driveway clean and neat.
This isn't completely helpful, but there is a product out there that is for cleaning oil stains from concrete specifically, I just can't remember the name right now. You can probably get it at the auto parts or maybe Wally World. I have used it before back when I had vehicles that leaked oil. It's a really nasty chemical though.
