Default Fuel Pressure and Timing

Can someone please help me. My car is backfiring and cant keep up with cleaning my bumper from all the black stuff coming from my exhaust.

Heres my setup. i would like input on what my fuel pressure should be and my timing.

currently set to 40psi vaccum in and timing is 16deg and vafc is +2 all accross.

car is backfiring but plugs are still on the white side.. so i dont know whats happeneing.

ITR camshafts
AEM Cam Gears
B&M Fuel reg
JDM h22a Injectors
VAFC

this might help....bump your fuel psi to 46 psi with vacumm on. if you have cam gears advance them +2 degrees on the intake and +1 degree on the the exhaust side. set your ignition timing to 18 degrees. i can almost guarantee you that your car will run much better. let me know the results. peace
