Q's on LS Rods

I'm looking to get some good rods and i was wondering how much boost LS rods can take ? and how much boost if their shot peened ?

Shot peening rods won't make them stronger. You'll just have broken shot peened rods if you detonate.

I would say stock LS rods are good to 300whp and 220ft-lbs torque in a properly tuned motor.
