2000 civic dx hatchback turbo help......i need one what do i need to do??
OK i am asking the experts on here about civics since i am new to this entire honda performance thing.
I have just recently bought a 00 civic hatch auto with 30,ooo miles on it and its nice but it need more power for sure..so i am going to drop a nice stage 2 turbo on it good for another 80-100hp.my question is they only make them for the ex cars and not the dx,so what do i need to do to make it fit my engine??
also when i do bolt it on how much of a time improvement can i expect in my quarter times??(engine is a D16Y7)i am looking to do about a 13second daily driver here and i need info on what to do and where to start,since it is an automatic and a honda.....all the info u have to complete this setup needed and would help me alot since i am going to do it all myself....
also i read a recent post that said i should get a TCI or level10 stall converter put in as well..how much do they run installed??
