How check engine codes for 90-91 Civics
How do I check the engine codes for 90-91 civics? Ive shorted out the blue 2 pin connecter by the lower side of the glovebox but the CEL doesnt come on. Am I doing something wrong?

turnkey to on position- pull back pass. side floor carpet- there is a little window on top of ecu- it will blink at you
