The difference between "no codes" and Code 0 ?

Done a lot of searching about solid check engine lights (what I have...and no spark)...people give a bunch of different guesses.

What my car does:
Key on, check engine light on for two seconds and goes off, then jumper the blue service plug and check engine light comes on solid with no blinks.

Easiest answer to this thread: Can someone jumper their blue service plug and report if no check engine light comes on at all indicating a no codes stored condition, or if the check engine light comes on solid indicating a no codes stored condition. TIA.

Code 0 = bad computer

Just trying to figure out what the normal no codes looks like since I bought a second ECU at a junkyard and it also gave a solid check engine light....

After reading the Helms manual....it states three different times....

When you jumper the service connector and get a SOLID Check Engine Light...it means you have NO CODES.

Every thread on here mentioning a solid check engine light people always say "dude you have a fried ECU"....yeah.
