Default Benefits of street tunning?

Going to get my car tunned pretty soon, and was wondering what benefits will it have if I have the tuner in the car street tunning after the dyno runs??

Will i gain extra hp/tq or just for smoothness of the overall ride?

hmm...you would see more realistic intake temps and intercooling effects, since it's speed dependent and not from a big fan...that's about all I can think of...

its cheaper in the long run (if you're doing the tuning) because you wont have to pay for dyno time every time you make a modification to your setup.
