Default max recomended boost on a t25 simi built zc

I have a ZC engine with crower rods and JE 9:1 pistons. I am using a garrett T-25 with an intercooler. Given that i can get enough fuel to the engine how many lb of boost would anyone recomend me to run? I am very worried about going too high without getting my block sleeved. Please help me, i really don't want to learn the hard way and blow my motor after all i have invested into it. I am thinking no more than 10psi but if anyone has any personal experience with this type of setup please let me know.

FWIW, most t25's wont last that long if u push them past 15psi.....and u probably wont even break 300whp at this level.

If it's not too late, sell that turbo.

IMO the T-25 sucks ***. It flows worth crap, and only blows hot air past 10psi.

I ran 12psi from a T-25 on a stock block ZC for over a year without any problems. However, I wasn't making more than 180hp.

Get your self a nice T3 super 60. nice spool with a much better topend/potential.

If you need to keep the T-25 you won't find much power out of it past 12-14psi.

Thanks, for the quick response. Yeah, i guess i would max out the efficency of the small t25 way before i could do damage. i just keep hitting myself in the head for not getting the block sleeved when the engine was out......oh well

Bryson whats up this is Evan, you sold me my turbo flange. errr little problem...the turbo is in the process of being rebuilt....oh well. I just want a fun car right now......since im taking summer classes i have no source of income and can't do anything else with the project. For later down the road if I do get a T3 what sort of psi can i safely run?
