2002 Civic Si or RSX-S sway bars on a 2003 Civic coupe?
I was wondering if the sway bars on the 2002 Civic Si or the 2002 RSX-S will bolt directly up to a 2003 Civic Ex coupe? I know if it will I will have to get new bushings but I was wondering if I would have to get new D brackets or end links. Also, should I have to worry about the subframe? I know it was somewhat an issue with my Integra LS b/c it was not bolting to a flat surface. I took care of this with the Comptech sway bar and tie bar set and have had good experience with it, but I would rather not spend as much money with these sway bars. Thanks for all help.
Being the owner of an EM2 with an upgraded rear anti sway bar...
You don't need the endlinks, just the bushings. The stock brackets work fine.
You don't need to worry about the subframe unless your rear bar is over 21mm thick. For that, you need a tie bar. Any tie bar will do. The subframe in the EM2 Civic is exactly the same as the EP3 Si and RSX.
It's pretty much as simple as that.

After reading the replies I still don't know that anyone has answered if the Si or RSX-S bars will work. I'm assuming since the sub-frames are the same they will work. Is this correct?
they will fit!
ok!
but you will need the bushings!
read the posts, very slowly, and i believe you will read that as well!
good luck!

That's not true.
The EX bar is 12mm... which does nothing to tell the truth.
The Si bar is 15mm.
The RSX bar is 19mm and is not a Type S only bar. It's 19mm on both base and Type S.
You got it right for the Type R.
