Default what ecu program are you using for high compression na?

on my 12.5:1 b20 vtec im still running stock p72 program, i need more rpm but i dont want the crazy advanced timing on the high comp engine, also i would like to keep my knock sensor.

car ran a 13.6 at 106 on street tires friday when i can keep it off the rev limiter so it aint all that bad now, just need some more rpm.

can you suggest a program for stock ecu without switching up to an aem box or hondata.

i guess i could pull some timing off with an e-manage, but raised rev limit and knock sensor together would be ideal for now.
