re to A9Code 14 IACV help!!!
So I'm only throwing 1 code now, for IACV. Well I wired it up, ran 1 wire to A9, and i grounded the other right to the engine. It went away for about 2 minutes, and then it came back and has been there ever since. Is A9 not the right spot for it or what?
Yes, A9 is the correct place. It also needs a power source with a Yel/Blk wire.
Not a ground
Grab a Digital Multimeter and verify there is no open circuit in the A9 wire, going to the ECU. Also make sure the Yel/Blk power wire is wired up properly.
You can tap that into B1 or A25.
If you know wiring is good, then the IACV is faulty.

This is where the Yel/Black wire needs to go?

Yeah, we are both ECU power sources, it does not matter which one you use cause they are the same.
