Default Advice on building block

I got my heart set on some ROSS pistons with 9:2:1 or 9:6:1 compression with ROSS rings, i've decided to leave the crank alone. I'd like to get some advice with what kind of rods should i get and headgasket ?

btw this is on a B18B gonna boost no more than 20psi Max

I would go with sleeves.

Rods depends on how much horsepower you intend to make not psi.

In my future block, I'm going sleeves with manley rods and cp pistons.
