Get an Apex-i WS or an RS*R. They're both chambered so they're quiet and they flow better than stock.

personally i would choose the ITR muffler over the RSX muffler any day, my friend just had exhaust installed on his rsx-s and the thing looked just like the muffler which came off my 2000 civic si. Now supposbly jdmhondaparts sells a JDM rsx-r muffler which im guessing is different and should flow better, but havent heard much about it.
