Cylinder Misfires....

Cylinder Misfires....
Well I have 70 miles on my freshly rebuilt motor. Im running the afc hack. What causes cylinder misfires would it be from running to lean or to rich? Cause I keep getting cylinder misfire code on cylinder #2.

yeah I think I was to rich I leaned it out a bit and I drove 100 miles today and didnt throw a single code... I happy now.
