Default any disadvatages to b20/b18c5 ?

are there any disadvatages to a b20 block w/ a type R head? it seems like the best way to get good torque down low, while keeping the high top end hp of a type R. can anyone explain what the negatives would be (besides labor, since that's free). would the engine still be able to rev as high, or higher with cams?

thanks
argiris

Basically the only real disadvantage is the revving...but with the right parts...8500 still will be ok. The rod/stroke ratio isnt the greatest in the B20 (1.54 vs 1.58 of the B18C).
With aftermarket rods, ARP rod bolts and a crank girlde...8500 RPMs wont be a problem. (Might as well get some 11.5:1 CR Pistons while everything is out also )
