Default ? about radiator cap

check out this link on ebay for a radiator cap...unfortunately, it's not a name brand, but it has a higher pressure rating (if it's accurate) than the mugen or spoon...and it's only $19...

let me know what you guys think about it...don't want to waste my time if it seems like crap

I would go with Spoon or Mugen, I'm sure that they work.

typer98, I bought this exact high pressure radiator cap about 1.5 months ago. I have been very please with it and the build quality is very good, just as good as the stock cap. I checked into the Mugen, Spoon, Greddy and as you probably know they range in price from $28-$55, so this one is a bargain at $19. I many bought it because I do track events with my car and I thought that the high pressure radiator cap was an inexpensive way of increasing the cooling efficiency. I recently did a 2-day driving event at Mid Ohio and they cap performed flawlessly. I would highly recommend it.

I ask this same question on this forum before I purchase this high pressure radiator cap and everyone suggested either of the 3 caps mentioned above. But the only difference I could see was the price. Once again, I highly recommend it.

thanks for the reply, I do appreciate it....

I guess the only thing that is preventing me from buying it, is that it looks cheap and ricey! the "euro R" thing makes me think it is made by APC or something.
