What engine oil is best?

Maybe Canola Oil would be good too. If your engine ever burns oil, at least it'll smell good.

it depends on driving habits. If you like the high revs and VTEC i would go with Castrol or Mobile 1 50-10 in the summer. Its a little harder to breakdown. If not 30 weight should be fine.

I called black stone labs about this a while back. They have tested oil in every car with every type of oil you can think of. They told me the best 2 oils for cars that are run hard (ie track days) is either: Amsoil or the new Mobil 1 Synthetic. However to make sure an oil is working right for you, you should have the oil analisys done by them.
