Default Horrible times my 1st time out at Bradenton!!

I almost didn't want to bother with posting but I figure that I can only go up from here. I made 3 runs and here was the "best" one of them.

r/t.......1.120
60'......2.395
330.....6.803
1/8.....10.431
mph 67.99
1000...13.563
1/4......16.200

mph 85.11

I had fun but damn, I thought I could at least break into the 15's my first time out.

Mods are short and sweet......AEM CAI, GReddy PE exhaust, ST sway bars, GC coilovers and Tokico Blues. This is all on a 96 Prelude SI............Let the laughter begin...

I don't remember the elevation in Bradenton, FL...I'll look at the website and see if it's there....I've got 17 inch chrome wheels...I know, I'm changing them shortly....I have Yoko Parada Spec II size p215 40 r17. Couldn't tell you what the pressure was..I forgot to bring my gauge

Is there some sort of general formula that you can apply for wieght reduction. Like if I can pull 50 lbs, can you estimate how that would affect my time?

I would guessimate at least a 15.80 on a SI Prelude. Get a 2.2 60', shift a lil quicker and you're there.

loose the 17's and get some lightwieght 16 with a 45 or 50 series tire and you should notice a difference. that should also help get better traction off the line which will drop you 60ft. with practice you should be in low 2.3's
