Default what kind of cams and gears should i get??

I blew my block so I am getting a new block, and while my cars dead imgonna go ahead and replace some internals in the head. I just want to know what kind of results you guys have had, and also the difference in CTR and ITR cams. Please dont suggest like Toda B's... im not rich... i drive an LS for gods sakes Thanks in advance guys!

uh.. you better stick to non vtec camshafts.. cuz vtec camshafts isn't gonna fit..

hahaha damn.. sorry about that... I was looking at the R cams when i was looking for a b16 head... (Ls/vtec) but i read too many horror stories about it

I'd suggest STR camgears. And as far as cams go, you need to read up and search around.

i dont have an ls so don't know too much but i heard that crower makes a non vtec cam

save your money. Do either LS/VTEC, turbo or supercharge... just my opinion.

Im a huge fan of NA motors.... and I like the idea of stay NON-Vtec..... Im not looking to run 11's or anything, I dont street race.... I just like power in my vehicles.

non-vtec all motor. isn't really much power going to be made without spending lots of $$$$. You said you couldn't afford todas, so I dunno what to tell you. All motor costs a lot more than FI.
