Hey 92 integra its got that stupid No2 control box thing that honda came out wiht one year and a b18a1 everything is stock help me out please i understand tegs 93 and up but this one blew my mind vacumms are so differant help me out!!!

Basically when i start my car it jumps instantly to like 3000 rpm and after a few seconds it jumps up and down... the thing that confueses me on my car is that it has a way differany vacuum set up theres a extra box with 2 sensors in it i believe its a frequency sensor and some other one but thats basically it everyone says its the vacuum system but its near impossible to find ne one wiht the same system in the car... thats my prob... another hting is that i can completely seal the intake and it runs fine just cant rev it? whats up with this thingie?!

 

check your Idle Control Valve (on/near the throttle body)

break out the helms manual

 

well my 93 auto accord with MDS does the same thing on cold starts. in medium temps like 30-60F then it starts off at 2500ish.... I honestly don't mind it that much. I wish my civic had that kinda cranking/spark=starting powaaaa!
