gage:
one wire to the sender
one wire to ignition power
one wire to ground
bulb:
one wire to lights
one wire to dimmer if you have that, if not ground
sender:
wire from gage

and thats it!

nope... you can remove the stock sending unit and put an aftermarket unit in the same hole... as long as the threads are the same. you will loose oil pressure light on the dash if you remove the stock unit.

the stock sending unit is right beside the white-ish bolt that is holding the cv shaft bracket

Is this the Greddy kit that would work on our cars?

that's not the exact one that I had, but it'll work. So - yes - it will fit your car...

here is the part number and description of the piece that I ordered and installed (from importparts.com):

Products
------------------------------------------------------
1 x Greddy Oil Block Adapter UNIVERSAL M20 X P1.5 70 (Honda,Mazda,Mitsubishi & Subaru) (GRE-12002733) = $57.80

Philly_NBP_R, the no longer carry that from Greddy.

Is either the universal Greddy one or the AC one:

I teed my pressure fitting off the oil line to the turbo...

I believe Pressure is constant wherever you put the sender anyway and that pressure losses would be recorded no matter where you put the sender (Except if behind a restrictor).
Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.

Finally the greddy adaptor arrives. Got a few install questions:

Do I need to use both rubber gasket?
Which adaptor do I use? the shorter or longer one?
What do you guys use to secure the adaptor? loctike(sp?)? which kind?
What is the torque specs?
Thanks

Do I need to use both rubber gasket?
Yes use both to ensure a proper seal.
Which adaptor do I use? the shorter or longer one?
Only one will fit, I think its the longer one, but just figure it out yourself
What do you guys use to secure the adaptor? loctike(sp?)? which kind?
You dont need any thing to secure the adaptor, place the plate on the filter location, screw in the threaded tube piece.
What is the torque specs?
I couldnt find any torque specs on the instructions as mine came from japan and the instructions were all in kanji, so i just tightened it good and tight with a ratchet and screwed on the filter (hand tight plus half a turn)

Screw in the sensors before you fit the plate onto the filter location as once fitted you have very little room to work at it. I used teflon tape around both sensors just to be sure, but they were a pretty tight fit without it and so its possibly not needed.
Once i had everything hooked up, i left the car on the lift and started the engine and let it heat up and then revved the crap out of it, raised the car to make sure there were no leaks. For a few days afterwards i also got a clean cloth and reached in behind the IM to wipe around the filter/adaptor plate to make sure there were no leaks....none so far, hopefuly it will stay that way.

I used "hondalock" - it's like locktite - on the threads for the sending unit (couldn't fit teflon tape...). As mentioned above, use both gaskets - it will ensure a good seal. Not sure of the torque spec, but basically, you need to torque it tighter than an oil filter - so it won't ever come loose...

I think you need the longer adapter, but I'm not sure - just test fit everything and it will be obvious.
