hey peeps, unfortunately w wrecked my 4rth gen lude today on the way to school. the cop said it was my fault so im just going to pay the other drivers car ang cut my losses. (liability only ) if you need anything hit me up or if someonw whats the whole thing tell me. Its a 92 si 5 speed h23. It was hit on the rear passengers side, its pretty bad. But everything else is good. Ill post some more details later,gotta go, still in school.

 

If you are going to pay for the other guy's stuff, make SURE that you write up a document that both you and he sign that says no one was injured, you will pay for damage to the car, and no one will sue anyone.

Try to write something as airitight as possible. Include phrases like "I agree to be legally bound in a court of law by this document that I have signed."

That way, you are protecting yourself from a lawsuit later.

hey peeps, i will get that in writing next time i see her, probably sunday. Anyways make me some offers, ill tell you the condition of the car: its a 92 prelude si 5 speed,the right quater panel is all messed up, but other than that it is all complete. The block had 154k miles on it and it was rebuilt 3 years ago, it was in really good condition. the outside is in perfect condition except for where it was hit at. It had a new milano red paint job 1 year ago. the whole front end is in perfect condition EVERYTHING in the engine is there and the interior is in great shape also, she was my baby that i was going to put the h22 but now i think ill just get another car . it has clear light all around, power everything and it all works. I want you guys to make me offers through pm's and we can work it out. PLease let me know because i dont want to throw prices around and i want to get an estimate on how much it will cost to fix, just to make sure. Its repairable but i just think that i am done spending so much money on this car. So please hit me up. Thanks and keep me in your prayers, im hurt a little, peace .
