What setup are you running? which coils, wires if any, and are you using an MSD box with it? Just curious as to what my options are.

I am eventually gonna have this setup. Autronic cdi and mercury marine coils with magnecore wires.


If the autronic is out of your range i would go with the msd dis 4 ho.

yeah I wish I could run the motec cdi box I just dont have that much to run there stuff. the only change Ive made is the box and coils.-pdang

 

Mercury marine coils? Never seen them. Do you have any pics?

 

also, you're gonna need a engine management system with 2 outputs for waste spark configuration or 4 outputs for a coil on each plug.

also, from what people tell me, you're gonna need an autronic 500R or motec cdi 8 to fire off the mercury marine coils. the msd stuff isnt gonna cut it.

mercury marine is a company that manufactures boat engines.

 

You can use a speed pro with a crank and cam sensor in the distributor along with the E-Dist. Although don't plan on getting any help from them on the install.
