SOHC Turbo>> LS rods & Stock pistons VS B16A rods & toyota pistons
Is anyone running the toyota combo yet in the US? How about the LS combo?
I can't decide which to go with.
I plan to run 10psi daily and 12psi when I am bored
Thanks

I would'nt want to go through all the trouble of building a motor just so I could put in cast pistons, especially if I knew it was meant for boost.
I got nathans b16 rod/supra piston combo.
I just finished putting the motor together about a month ago. I've got 600 miles on the motor & the setup works very nice. I'm @ 5.5 PSI right now hopefully I can get to a dyno this weekend & see what they can really hold (15 PSI?)

with the LS/b16 combo the block must be notched correct? how much needs to be notched, and more importantly, about how much should a shop be charging to do it?
