Are you wanting to run this motor fully OBDII in the CRX for emissions reasons? If you are wanting to put the motor in, it's simple to use all of the OBD0 parts on the 00 D16. I have a 00 D16Y7 in my 89 Civic DX hatch, which i used all OBD0 parts. It is very simple to do this swap in that manner but if you are wanting to run the complete OBDII longblock and ECU then there will be a lot more wiring and headaches.
