where is the stamping to i know what tranny i have???
i know this sounds like a total NooB question but...
when i bought my car it already had a swap done to it...the problem is i dont know which tranny is in there...
where is the stamp and how do i see it??? from the top or bottom???

There should be a metal plate or plastic sticker on the front side of the case next to where the engine id is. It might have come off if you dont see it.

like next to where it says B16A2 there is a green strip but that is the VIN number right???
does anyone have a pic of where this stamp is??? or can i get a better idea of where this thing is???
