Default ITR non-SRS Steering Wheel in EK?

I heard that the JDM ITR steering wheel (non-SRS) has a hub that fits an EG/DC. Since it is basically a Momo wheel, can I just take the hub that is attached to the wheel and replace it with a Momo hub adapter that fits an EK?
