Is it worth the change? I have a jdm h22a.

 

My opinion....no.

 

if your find a good deal on them id say yes, be like a stage 1 cam...you could prob get 10- 15 hp with the cams and some mild port owrk...plus they wouldnt require stiffer springs, and i think theyd work much better with the jdm h22 since its compression is alot closer to the type S's 11 to 1 vs the usdm's 10 to 1..also add some gears if you dont have them yet, the adjustable cam gears will give you very good gains on stock cams..peace

which are the best cam gears to buy? skunk duece? preluderacer023, u got adj cam gears and u got decent gains with stock cams? i think its cuz you have full ins and outs that the cam gears gave some gains cuz without any other mods, i dont believe cam gears do much for the $200+ they cost / tuned, whats ur feedback?
