obd2a->obd2b jumper
alright, is there anything else i need to do for an obd2b ecu to work on an obd2a harness? Just throw the jumper harness on and im set right?

Well.....I did this myself (99 civic, running of a 96 prelude ecu) All you need to do is buy the extra plug that you dont have. If your car is 96-98 OBD2A you have the "D" plug(smallest one), but you need the B plug (second plug) And if your car is 99-2000 obd2B (or 2001 for a prelude/integra) then you need the D plug and not the B plug
Then you need to buy a shop manual, and go to town on the re-wire (its not hard just time consuming)
I looked but I cant seem to find pics of the ecu plugs...but you get the idea.
How about a little info on the swap? etc...

oh yeah i know about all the ecu plugs and even have it memorized on what they look like.
I was just looking for confirmation that I just need to run an adaptor harness or re-pin my obd2a wiring harness for an obd2b ecu, for everything to work...Im having a bit of paranoia right now about it...lack of confidence in what I think is right
