Default Which spark plugs are actually 2 steps colder?

Im running nitrous on my h22 and would like to use 2 step colder plugs. Everyone says to use 2 step colder plugs, but they recommend bkr7e and zfr7e's which are only one step colder. Which would I use for 2 steps colder?

Also, whats the difference between bkr7e and bkr7e-11? They have different stock numbers

The only difference between BKR7E and BKR7E-11 is the gap they come set with. The "11" stands for 1.1 mm gap. I don't have an answer regarding your question about 8 heat range plugs.
