lol, dont panic, its SUPPOSED to look like ****, NO GLOSS whatsoever, unless you have sunk-in spots or orangepeel
you have to BUFF the car now with a compound, and voila

Wouldn't you think one would take the time to learn about how to properly wet sand a car before actually taking sandpaper to paint???
BTW, if you sanded in circles instead of straight and/or crosshatch strokes, your paint will be swirled beyond repair anyway.
Now get a good random orbital (not rotary) buffer and some clear coat safe rubbing/polishing compound and get to work.
If all else failed, enjoy your fux0red paint.
This stuff is ponderous.
