Hey guys i just wet sanded my car with 2500 and now it is all hella flat not glossy at all will buffing take it out

Hahaha, funniest thing i've heard all day!! I think Meguiar's has some instructions on their site, i'm not 100% sure though.

yes you have to buff it out dude

 

lol, dont panic, its SUPPOSED to look like ****, NO GLOSS whatsoever, unless you have sunk-in spots or orangepeel

you have to BUFF the car now with a compound, and voila

 

buff it out.

I'm no fool. I just thought he had one of those cars that has stock rims and unpainted body kit.

 

Wouldn't you think one would take the time to learn about how to properly wet sand a car before actually taking sandpaper to paint???

BTW, if you sanded in circles instead of straight and/or crosshatch strokes, your paint will be swirled beyond repair anyway.

Now get a good random orbital (not rotary) buffer and some clear coat safe rubbing/polishing compound and get to work.

If all else failed, enjoy your fux0red paint.

This stuff is ponderous.

 

The reason i am wet sanding it is because i just painted it and there were a couple runs and some orange peel and no i didn't go in a circle i went in a strait line
