I have a feeling I'm not the only one... these things are assembled by a bunch of trained monkeys. I bought a stage three last year and controls like my full throttle shifting and launch control are not working. Anyone else have a stage three? How do u set these? Any input or general frustrations w hondata are welcome....

 

u sure u got it installed correctly.. i konw for full throttle shift u have to use their switch..

 

On my s200 I couldn't get the rpm levels to set using the button, I had to set them in hondalogger. I called Hondata about the problem and they said just send the unit in to them and they'll fix it. They're pretty good about that kind of stuff, I'd just call them and send in your unit

i can set my launch fine with the button but i cant sent the shft light.. i do that hondalogger.

 

i heard the stage 2/3/4 have lots of problems. i have alot of problems with my stage 2. my car just cuts off at times when im sitting at red lights in neutral. also sometimes while im driving it will cut off also and everytime after i pump gas and i start the car back up it idles very low, about 300 or so until i drive around for about 2 mins then it returns to normal. i talked to several other people and they had the same problems so they stopped using the hondata. i dont know if this is with all the stage 2/3/4's or not but i heard the s200 system was a lot better and this problem was fixed on it.
